Our Client's Objective/Issues:

Introduction of a new product to key prescribers -- the first inhaled COPD medicine that opens the airways for 24 hours and is taken once per day. The primary messaging to physicians articulated the following benefits:

  • Improvements in lung function


  • Medication was tolerated well in clinical trials


  • Breathe easier for 24 hrs


  • Rescue medication will be used less

Our Solution:

Position the pharmaceutical company as leaders in the management of COPD by partnering its medication with a comprehensive program targeting the health care professional and the patient at various TouchPoints™. COPD education station.

  • 3D vacuform poster that addressed the need for patient education tools that physicians and nurses could use to teach their patients about COPD and its management.
  • A patient tearpad on COPD which reinforced the key messaging from the poster. It explains the disease and why it is important to stay on therapy.
  • A diagnostic “pocket guide” based on the most recent guidelines for COPD management which included their indication within the treatment regime for 1st line therapy.
